I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the city center, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying shopping and dining. The rooms were a little on the small side but clean. The service from reception to porters and housekeeping was exceptional, making my stay very pleasant.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room was spotless and tidy, but unfortunately, it was quite noisy, and we faced a courtyard where smoke wafted into our window. On the bright side, the housekeeping service was impeccable, and the location on the 2nd floor was convenient. The breakfast provided was nice, although there were noise issues to deal with.

The hotel had small rooms with limited space for two people with luggage, and the bathroom was also quite tiny with cracked glass tile and dirty grout in the shower. However, the boutique hotel ambiance was charming, and the lack of good lighting and extra sockets for charging devices was a drawback.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street near the Spanish Steps, offering a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable accommodation. The friendly staff are keen to assist with various needs, although the rooms lack soundproofing. The location is excellent, close to key attractions, but the rooms are a bit on the small side.

The dining experience was exceptional, providing a wide array of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
